I don’t know about you guys, but there is nothing more satisfying to me as a sweet and creamy smoothie in the morning. A quick treat that is packed with micronutrients, a good ol’ green smoothie to start the day is pretty much a guarantee that I am going to start off my morning feeling rejuvenated and revived.
Because most smoothies boast bright pink and purple colors, my vibrant green drink can look a little… shocking, I know. But believe me, this is the sweetest and most delicious concotion I have ever come up with. And with only 4 ingredients, it’s a simple way to start the day.
For a Single Serving, Recipe as Follows:
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 2 Cups Fresh or Frozen Spinach (I prefer frozen to make it even thicker and colder)
- 1 Cup Almond Milk
- 1 Serving of Vanilla Protein Powder (I use Orgain Sweet Vanilla Bean)
And there you have it! A four ingredient recipe for the most delectable smoothie to ever grace your lips.
